Hello! Joni here.
Before you commit to coaching, you may want to know a little more about me. I am a Certified Life Coach. My passion is empowering women to find their voice and live life on their own terms.
Many things have shaped me into the woman I am today. I am a biracial Black Woman, transracial adult adoptee, mother of 4 in my 40s. Two of my children are queer and all four of them are neurodiverse.
Married at a young age (20) and divorced shortly after turning 40. My ex-husband and I have a great friendship (it IS possible) and co-parenting relationship.
I’m a sex-positive, ex-vangelical pastor’s kid, raised in the conservative church. I have an ongoing complicated relationship with Jesus and enjoy friendships with people from all (and no) faith traditions.
Being authentic is of very high value to me. I strive to always communicate with honesty and transparency. I'm an Enneagram Eight with strong intuition.
My passion is connecting with people. Listening to their stories. Encouraging them. Cheering them on. It feeds my soul and is what led me to pursue life coaching as a career.
